Membership Terms

The Liberte Ou La Mort membership is a one-time purchase of a digital membership product through our Shopify store. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Membership is tied to the email and phone number used at checkout.

The membership is currently offered for a one-time fee of $20.00. This price is introductory and may change at any time for future members. Members who purchased at $20 are not charged again.

Active members receive a 10% discount automatically applied at checkout on eligible products, and priority access to limited releases. Benefits remain available only as long as the membership program is active and are subject to product availability.

"Priority access" or "members-first access" means members are notified and may purchase before or alongside the general public. It does not guarantee that every product, size, or color will always be in stock. Releases are limited and may still sell through.

The membership is purchased once. It does not expire on a fixed date. However, benefits are offered only for as long as Liberte Ou La Mort continues to operate the membership program. If the program is discontinued, members will be notified with reasonable advance notice.

We reserve the right to adjust member benefits, discount rates, or program rules at any time. Changes will not be retroactive to benefits already earned or purchases already made.

Membership fees are non-refundable. If you believe your purchase was made in error, contact us at freedom@liberteolamort.com within 14 days of purchase.
