Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Limited releases may take longer while a run is being finished; if that applies to your order you will be notified by email.

Shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Estimates begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times outside the domestic network may be extended by customs processing.

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us through the details in your order confirmation email so a claim can be opened with the carrier.
