Returns & exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after that window cannot be processed.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached. Items showing wear, alteration, odour or damage will be sent back.

Size exchanges are subject to availability. Because releases are limited, an exchange may not be possible once a size sells out — in that case the item is refunded instead.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Archive, sample and marked-down items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the items you wish to return. Return instructions will be sent back to you.
